- Contact and handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Parts, Service(.
- Support the PSSRs team with administrative and sales tasks.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or marketing).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of mechanical or heavy equipment industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
